Versa 2 not receiving notifications after update

Just updated versa 2 and now I'm not getting any notifications on my watch. Keeps saying on app to restart phone whcih I've done like 3 times but still isn't working

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi my phone is rhe huawei p30. Yes, it was working fine Christmas and boxing day then updated yesterday and then stopped allowing texts etc, it would allowing phonecall notifications but not texts, or WhatsApp or messenger.

 Yes everything is turned off. Ans I uninstalled the app last night then a while later or started working but woke up this morning and it's not working again

Hier hetzelfde probleem. Soms trilt hij bij een telefoonoproep.

Geen meldingen meer van whattsapp, messenger,mail,...

Als ik naar beneden schrol staat er... Nothing new here. You're all caught up! 

Mijn versa 2 ik nog maar 6 maanden 😔

I had previously logged out the app and back in but that didn't work but today I uninstalled the app from my phone and installed back in, then when you get logged back in I went to notifications on the app and allowed everything to access my phone again. And then it worked. If that makes sense lol
