I'm having an issue where I can't receive notification anymore. I even tried to reset my fitbit versa 2 to factory default. I'm using Oneplus 7 Pro mclaren edition with android 10. Some weird stuff started to happen since the recent software update on fitbit versa 2 i did on 14th September. It even removed some of the features in my fitbit app as like they are something for premium user. I even restarted my phone removed my Bluetooth connection of the smartwatch and tired to connect it again but it failed to connect again and later i had to do factory reset for it to be able to recognize the watch again.https://i.postimg.cc/Wp9nZw5W/Screenshot-20201013-152803-01.jpg

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps. Also, let's make sure power management is disabled for the Fitbit app on your OnePlus phone.

Thank you for your reply. The issue is fixed now. I found the problem. The notifications are coming up now as usual.

Yea I've done everything but the phone reset, and it keep disabling my notifications
