Can't get text messages and emails on my Versa 2. I have the latest Samsung P21+

+5G. How do I sync it?

Thank you for the detailed information. I'd like to let you know that the Fitbit App works well for any mobile device or tablet that meets the requirements listed in this link: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices. 

 

If your device meets the requirements, then notifications should be received. Since this is not the case, I recommend following the troubleshooting steps from this link: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
