Versa 2 not responding

My fitbit versa 2 has serious issues with the touchscreen and the button - it does not always work. This is happening for a week already and I'm not able to use it at all sometimes, both touchscreen and the button are blocked. I tried several restarts and even did a reset yesterday. Everything was OK until this morning when I was not able to stop my alarm because the touch and the button did not respond at all. After a while it strarted to work, but this is unacceptable! I'm very disappointed! I love the watch but under these conditions it's impossible to use it. Does anyone else has this issue? Is this a software problem? Do you have any plans for upgrade?  Thank you!

Yes, the only solution was to replace the watch. The new one is working as expected. Thanks.
