Versa 2 not responding

Hello my Versa 2 is not working after update and the trouble shooting suggestions. I'm really annoyed right now.

Hi @Shawnhubb, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Since your Versa 2 stopped working, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
