Versa 2 not responding

Hey there, I send a message a while ago regarding my versa 2. My fitbit is not responding.  The screen is black and have tried everything but it's not responding. 

 

My fitbit is still newish, I got in April 2020. Please help.

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hey there,The light is not flashing and the screen is black. There is no reaction even when  I put it to charge. I have tried the restarting method, leaving to charge for hours but nothing. Can you please help.Regards,JosieSent from my Galaxy

Hey Pardhu123, this is exactly whst happened to my fitbit. I have tried every advice given out there but not working at all. Hopefully we'll get the help.
