Versa 2 not switching on

Daughters versa2 not switching on, tried quickly pressing  and also  holding button as per you tube without success. We have 4 as a family from last xmas  and other 3 are ok. Any advice appreciated

Hi @Djoyce09, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums. 

 

I appreciate trying to troubleshoot beforehand and for providing the additional details. I recommend doing the following:

 

1. The complete troubleshooting instructions at Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

2. Try changing a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
