My Versa 2 will not sync and my clock will not set

Thank you for the information. For the syncing inconvenience, I'd recommend performing the following troubleshooting steps in this link: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

Regarding the time, it should correct itself after syncing, but if you're able to sync it and the time is still incorrect, I suggest making sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, please check: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
