My fitbit is not syncing with my phone. I'm pretty sure I've tried all the troubleshooting steps. I have:
1. Switched the bluetooth on and off
2. Manually tried to sync on the app
3. Forgotten (unpaired) the versa 2 and then repaired the bluetooth
4. Forced stop the app
5. Switched my phone off and on again
6. Uninstalled and re-installed the app
7. Updated the app on play store
What seems to be the issue because I can't track progress without it syncing otherwise I just have a step counter and heart rate monitor on my wrist. I know a lot of people have mentioned this issue across the fitbit range not just versa 2 so what could the solution be and how long will it take to fix it?

So after 2 hours of looking through all corners of the app, i went to the fitbit app. I opened my account>my apps>updated settings. It worked and I am back online. Its like the settings app on the fitbit needed an update.

I have the same issue, my versa 2 doesn't sync with my laptop, or my Fire tablet or my iPhone. Besides, the only thing showing on the smartwatch screen is the Fitbit logo and the legend to install the app, nothing else. I have done all the suggestions, updating, re-starting, re-installing the app, nothing works, and no error message when trying to sync through the app.
I am super frustrated, please help. this is the first device that I can't sync.
