Versa 2 not syncing

All of a sudden my Versa 2 just quit syncing? Never had any issues with it syncing since I've had it but all of a sudden it won't sync. Gives me the little red exclamation mark like its not connected but it won't let me do anything at all. What is the issue!!! Help!!!

Before considering other options, please try to complete a restart procedure as described in this article, and check if you're still seeing this error message you mentioned earlier. 

 

In addition, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

I have followed all the steps to re-sync my Versa and things get worse. Has your problem been resolved?

I have followed all the instructions to sync my Versa 2 several times. Last 2 attempts I lost the Bluetooth connection. This watch was a gift from my wife or I would be sending you a picture of my Versa 2 in the trash container. I can not believe all the gyrations one has to got thru to maintain the sync between phone and watch. I wanted to use my laptop instead of the phone. That cost me more $$$$ and never worked. Getting a smartphone also cost $$$$ but that sorta worked.
