Hi there I got my Versa 2 at Christmas,,, it now has a black screen and won't turn on, I have tried to reboot it by holding in the side button but nothing happens,,, also not showing any percentage when I put it on charge,,,, even though I know it has some battery power remainibg
Amy other ideas or is it return to shop
