I loved seeing the different sleep stages that were recorded (light, rem, deep). It did this for the first 3 nights I had my Fitbit. I opted to get the membership with extra features thinking that’s what it was, but the next night the sleep stages were not recorded. Any ideas why this happened?

Hi @kimmy8it, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To fix this uncommon situation, I recommend you to restart your Versa 2 and please try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep. Please let me know if the issue persists so we can move on.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi Ricardo,
thank you for getting back to me. So I had a chance to go through the forum and look at similar post to mine and I noticed somebody said to wear the fitbit a little tighter and a little higher up on the arm. It seemed to work. I got the sleep stages last night! I didn’t reset the Fitbit yet but I will do that if the problem happens again.

Ok so that didn’t last long. Moving it up higher on my wrist and tighter worked for 1 night. It’s back to not recording the sleep stages. Just fyi

Ricardo,
After moving it higher up and tighter on my wrist, it worked one time. I reset the Fitbit and it still isn’t working for the sleep stages. I’m not sure what else to do. Any other suggestions?
