Versa 2 not tracking anything properly

My fiance and I got our versa 2's at the same time and we both are active when we work out together. However. No matter what I do I almost never get any zone minutes and yet my fiance closes all of her bars. I feel like my fitbit is defective. I have worn it extremely tight and even bought a different band to make sure it stays on my wrist as close as comfortably possible. I have all of the warranties on it as well as fitbit premium and I want this to either get fixed or for me to get a new one with the warranty. I've tried soft and hard resets on the watch and nothing makes it track consistently. Some days it doesn't even register anything even though I wear it 24/7 when it isn't charging

"Some days it doesn't even register anything"  Not even any steps?  On phone app, pr not even on tracker itself?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
