Versa 2 not tracking my stats correctly

I bought a new Veras 2 to track my physical activities. I am really disappointed, my Veras 2 does not measure the distance correctly with GPS. I have waked the same track three times and it has mesure: 

Day 1: 12.16 Km

Day 2:  13.51 KM

Day 3: 12.35 KM ( I tack this activity with Runkeeper and it tracks 14.04km)

Has any one any solution to correct this?

Regarding the data tracking issues that your Versa 2 has experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.
