Hi,
My sister and I got identical versa 2 watches for Christmas and we were really excited about the sleep tracking function. However, the first evening both of our watches did not track our sleep, they came up with null fields on everything on the watch and app. After looking on the Fitbit forum and a restart not resolving anything, we decided to do a factory reset and after that the data appeared for the previous night. We thought the issue had been resolved but the following night once again no data was tracked. Presumably we should not have to do a factory reset everyday!!!!
Any help would be much appreciated. Could this just require a new update to fix the bug from Fitbit??

Hi I got the same versa 2 for Christmas this year and I found it’s not tracking my sleep either! So strange
