Hey everyone!
My versa 2 suddenly stopped tracking my sleep on Saturday night and hasn’t worked since!
‘Ve restarted my device, checked the settings, charged it and still nothing! I haven’t changed the tightness of the strap either.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it work again?

Mines doing the same so I found an old post which said to make sure the heart rate monitor was switched on and to restart the watch. I did both and now my heart rate monitor isn't working at all, no green light at the back.

@Obsy So there is obviously a fault! I’ve had mine about 18 months and never had any real issues until recently.

Yes, it's really annoying me that I've followed their advice and it works less than before 😞

Yes that’s very frustrating! I’ve never had issues with my Fitbit and I’ve had a few different ones over the years but I seem to be having lots of issues recently.
