Hey everyone!
My versa 2 suddenly stopped tracking my sleep on Saturday night and hasn’t worked since!
‘Ve restarted my device, checked the settings, charged it and still nothing! I haven’t changed the tightness of the strap either.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to make it work again?

Mines doing the same so I found an old post which said to make sure the heart rate monitor was switched on and to restart the watch. I did both and now my heart rate monitor isn't working at all, no green light at the back.
Best AnswerYes that’s very frustrating! I’ve never had issues with my Fitbit and I’ve had a few different ones over the years but I seem to be having lots of issues recently.
