My trusty Fitbit versa 2 has stopped tracking my sleep. It worked fine until 2 weeks ago- started not giving sleep
Score and now not tracking at all! I’ve tried resetting factory settings. Resetting. Deleting the app etc!! My heart rate is working fine and is tracking my steps accurately. Any ideas ?

Curious if you set it to “sleep mode” whether it records your sleep correctly. I don’t know the specifics of how it detects sleep, but testing it this way would at least determine whether it can forced to record sleep.

It’s something to try that I haven’t tried yet. I’ve been in touch with customer services who asked me to re- set, again! And try to see what it records tonight. I’m not holding out much hope.

I’ve had the same problem for the last 2 to 3 weeks. I’ve also tried all the resetting etc. I wonder if it’s something to do with the update that I installed around the same time as the problem started?

Not sure, but it’s really annoying! I’ve noticed my heart rate isn’t working either. 😞
I’ve contacted customer services. Just waiting for a message back.

Mine quit also. Then gave me score on Wednesday but now nothing again. Very frustrating!

I've been having the same problem! It stopped tracking my heart rate and sleep. I'm glad I'm not the only one going through this, but I really hope they fix it soon. I can't complete my bingos when it doesn't track my heart rate.

I am pleased I’m not the only one. I was on the brink of buying a new one!

Mine stopped tracking after the latest update as well. I even did the factory reset and nothing. Fitbit customer service has not acknowledged that the update was the problem. They only offered me a discount to purchase a new one. Not happy with them.

My situation is exactly the same xx
not taking them up on the discount as it’s not worth it. Totally hoping that it magically rectifies itself on the next update xx

Same problem for me since Sept 3. I, too, wonder if it’s related to an update. About ready to go Apple Watch….
