Versa 2 is not tracking my steps while using a treadmill

Hi there @Iowatreadmill. Welcome to the Fitbit Community. 

Thanks for sharing with us this inconvenience with your Versa 2. 

I'll advise restarting your Versa 2 before you begin your workout. Press and hold the left button for 10 to 12 seconds, or until the Fitbit logo displays on the screen, to do this.
