I bought my versa in September. Shortly later I had problems receiving text messages on it. It took a long time....weeks...until that was resolved! This is my third fit bit and I'm losing my faith in them. Two before this one stopped communicating with the Bluetooth deeming the watch worthless. I bought the versa. Maybe that was a bad idea? Today it was at 5%. I sat it on the charger. When to check it and there was a black screen. Checked the connection and nothing again. My screen will not turn on at all. I went into the app and it says my watch it at 55%. So midcharge something went wrong. So frustrating! Anyone else have this issue?
