Seems from the other posts here that the Versa 2 products are failing. My Versa 2 stopped working and will not turn back on. Tried all the suggested fixes. Nothing. Guess I am contacting customer service in the am. UGH!

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

My wife's versa has bit the dust. I have tried a lot of things to no avail. She had 58% power left not long before it stopped. All reset attempts and leaving it in the charger for awhile have not worked. Pretty sure it is toast at this point.

So I had to give her mine... She needs the steps to register because our health insurance premium gets a discount. I no longer get anything breaks since I moved to medicare. I think they just want me to croak as soon as possible so the SS payments and medical coverage stops.
