Versa 2 not turning on

My versa was charged but showed the fitbit logo for a while then turned off while wearing it. How do I turn it back on? I have tried pressing left button and bottom right for more than 10 seconds

I’m a bit confused. You say your holding down the left button and the bottom right button of your Versa 2. The Versa 2 only has one button on the left side. To restart the Versa 2 you press down on the side button for about 10 seconds OR until the Fitbit logo appears then let go of the button. Are you sure you have a Versa 2? I know the Fitbit Blaze has two buttons like you described. But either way the restart for a Fitbit Blaze is to hold down both buttons until the Fitbit logo appears. I’d try putting your Fitbit Watch back on the charger for at least 30 mins and then perform a restart. If this doesn’t resolve the issue I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service.
