My versa 2 and my wife’s versa won’t vibrate with notifications. Happens all of a sudden.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this and further investigate, can you please let me know if your device is not vibrating at all or only when you receive notifications? Is it vibrating when you setup an alarm? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2 and let me know if the issue persists.

thanks for your reply. I restarted the device, set an alarm, set the timer to countdown, and it still doesn’t vibrate. I also tried restarting my phone and resyncing the app to versa 2.
