Versa 2 not waterproof

My first time taking my Versa 2 for a swim, and a stream of bubbles came up between the glass screen and the body of the watch! Dead.

I just ordered a Charge 3. We'll see if that is any better. Not happy 🙂

Sorry to here this have you contacted Fitbit? Sounds like the glue was done improperly.

As for waterproof, their is no definition all electronic devices are considered water resistant to X feet, etc.

No. I was under the impression water damage was not applicable to the warranty in all cases.

It would be nice if they could!

If Fitbit States that the tracker is warrantied for a certain type of swimming then it is warranted. Your tea let even is able to auto detect swimming.
