Versa 2 not working at all

Versa 2 stopped working totally. Died put in charger no response. Battery on app states 62 percent

Hi, this can happen when the battery gets flat and it is not charging. Of course the App will show the battery state the last time it synced which you can check in the Fitbit App when that was.

The first thing to check is why it may not be charging.

If you have multiple chargers check it is the correct one for the device and then plug it into a computer port to be sure there is a good supply. Note how the PC responds to the device being connected.

I have this same problem. I have tried charging in a computer port. Nothing. The PC doesn't even recognize it when plugged in. My Versa 2 wasn't even dead when it stopped working. It vibrated and the screen stuck. Then it vibrated again and shut off, and it hasn't been back on since. The Fitbit logo appeared at first. Then when I would hold the button for 4 seconds the dead battery signal came on but I knew the battery wasn't dead. I tried charging hoping that would fix it but it doesn't charge. Now nothing happens when I hold the button. I tried cleaning the charger and the back of the Fitbit. Doesn't help....

Hi, @shayb83  -  on the off chance, the Versa charger looks like the Versa 2 one but they aren't compatible.

If when you push the button on the watch it displays 0% battery then the watch is working but the battery is flat because it is not charging as you found out.

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
