Versa 2 not working

My Versa 2 was working with my Samsung A51 i.e messages and emails and suddenly stopped. I've uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled and nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @D.perez - just in case did you long press the button to get to Quick Settings and check that Sleep and Do not disturb are off?

If you reassigned the button pull the watch face down once and then again and click the 2 white bars.

Your watch will need to be near the phone and able to sync with the app (which it may not be doing).

If you reinstalled the Fitbit App you will need to set up notifications again, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Thank you for responding.I actually got it working, due to another Fitbit user who received a very helpful solution from Fitbit costumer service.
