My phone alerts my watch of the message but, it won't show the message 😒. It opens up the message on my phone. So disappointing, its one of the reasons I got the watch. This is my 2nd fitbit and both have had connection issues. Should have bought the Samsung. There won't be a next time fitbit.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Hi there. I have a similar issue on my Versa 2. After a while it stops displaying alerts from my iPhone. I usually need to restart it by pressing the buttons for 10+ seconds. That works for a while but eventually stops again. 

Can’t something be done as it looks like a lot of ppl are having same issue?
