Versa 2 notifications stopped working

Hi,

The notifications have stopped coming through in my versa 2. Last week there were coming through duplicate times 2 or 3 times. Now I get none. Has anyone else had this issue?

 

I have removed it from the app and reconnected but still nothing

Same. I’m getting them here and there... then nothing at all....

I have gone through all of this but still cannot get the notifications on my Fitbit.

I have now found that I cannot get onto the notifications part of the Fitbit app
