Versa 2 only shows Fitbit logo

Hiya,

My Fitbit Versa 2 will not turn on, the screen is black... I put it on charge over night, when I took it off charge it only had the Fitbit Logo and that’s it.

Please help me to get it going.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I recommend trying the following:

 

1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture from the Today tab.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I'm having the same problem.

Doesn't appear to be charging, has no watch face and can't add one.

I appreciate the additional details. I've shared your post with our Support team and they've mentioned that you already have a case with them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution, please keep an eye on your inbox. Meanwhile, I would like to advise that in order to set up Fitbit Versa 2 you need to connect the watch to the charger and use a compatible iPhone, iPad, or Android phone. You can’t set up this watch on a Windows 10 device.
