Versa 2 only working when charging

Hi, recently my versa 2 has been shutting off while wearing it. I plugged it in last time and it turns back on but as soon as I take it off the charger it shuts off and won’t turn back on. Then when I plug it in again it shows the battery symbol red with an exclamation point in the middle. And then a few mins later it says it’s at 100% but you unplug it and it shuts off again and won’t turn back on.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, this seems to be a charging problem with your Versa's 2 battery. that being said, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
