Versa 2 pairing issues

Hi, I keep having to force my Fitbit versa 2 to pair with my iPhone 13 (both items are only a couple months old) 

I have checked both Versa and Fitbit app for updates, I’ve disconnected the Bluetooth pairing, rediscovered my Fitbit, repaired but the connection doesn’t stick. I don’t get any notifications on my Fitbit from my app, I’ve restarted my phone, checked to make sure Bluetooth is on on both devices but I keep going to sync my Fitbit manually through the app and it keeps popping up with the notification “Versa 2 wants to pair with iPhone” which I keep accepting but the message continues to pop up, it’s extremely frustrating

I think there are many unhappy Fitbit versa 2 owners the last few days. I have also tried doing all the troubleshooting advises you mentioned plus I also tried logging in from my computer to see if I could sync like their troubleshoot tip said but that also didn’t work. At this point I’m so frustrated that I may just switch to an Apple Watch despite being a Fitbit watch person for over 5 years.
