My Versa 2 says "Your Versa 2 is permanently locked because you entered your PIN code incorrectly too many time. If you proceed, we'll clear out the wallet settings of your Versa 2. Contact support for more assistance." How do I fix this?

Just to confirm and avoid confusions, where do you see the message in the Fitbit app or on the Versa 2 itself?
If possible could you attach a picture with the message on your reply?
In the meantime, try changing the pin of the wallet over the app: How do I reset the PIN code for my Fitbit device?
