Versa 2 randomly stopped tracking my workout

Has anyone else had their versa 2 randomly reset itself? I was ten minutes into a workout, which was recording on the watch, and I felt my watch vibrate. When I looked it had gone back to the homescreen and everything had reset to zero, including my active minutes. This was frustrating and now I'm worried it will happen again and I wont be able to record my workouts.

Hello there @ClaireFinnie, thanks for stopping by. Thanks for the details provided in your post about your Versa 2 resetting itself during your workout. 

Regarding your question, we are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be a one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your watch, and in the case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.

In the meantime, we'd recommend to restart your Versa 2 to refresh it internally. To do so, see: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

This same thing has been happening to me, and it is SUPER frustrating! I have restarted, etc. and still happens, randomly. Hit workout button, chugging along, go to check stats and BOOM nothing there. No workout recorded in my dashboard, nothing. Not happy considering I just upgraded so this is a fairly new device. What's the deal?!?!

It's only happened to me a course of times thankfully. Silly thing is when
I log on to fitbit it tracks thr exercise I was doing up to that point but
still telling me I had 0 active minutes.
