I've had my Versa 2 for 50 days now and it has no damage of any kind. then one random day a few weeks ago it turned off. i was able to turn it back on by holding the power button. then it graduated from that to turning off randomly and ceased turning back on until i plugged it into the power cord. I've done all i can think of to remedy this issue and nothing seems to work. i tried using a Fitbit official clock face but it's not the issue since it continued to turn off randomly and refuse to turn back on until plugged in. i tried restarting it, i even tried uninstalling the recent apps i had previously installed around the time i noticed this was happening.i'm really hoping this is an issue that can be corrected with a bug fix because something as new as my fitbit shouldn't be having these issues so early in the game. especially not for the $250 price tag. does anyone have any suggestions and/or have anyone else with a Versa 2 experienced this dreaful, and obnoxious issue?

Try a Factory Reset when your screen is on by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset. If that doesn't work, contact Customer Support.

It turns on just fine. But randomly it'll turn off even with a full battery and then won't turn back on until I put it on the charger. I just want a fix for it where it will cease turning off when the battery isn't dead. I tried the whole cleaning the pins and the back of my Versa 2 with alcohol and a tooth brush and then leaving it on the charger for two hours but it didn't do anything. It still turns off randomly and refuses to turn back on unless I put it on the charger.

My fitbit has just done the same thing after only 1 month since purchase.
I've tried all of the suggestions supplied in the article.
