the latest update has rendered my watch useless. It syncs, the app updates but screen face has green flashes and lines across it
Many others experiencing the same. When will you fix this?! My versa 2 is less than 2 months old!!

I had to uninstall the app and start over. Turn off my Versa and back on. Everything works except the map doesn’t show up after a walk, bike ride etc. very disappointed about that. All location devices are on.

I can't reset mine just got this flashing screen. Do you think if I let the battery die then follow the same steps that you have? Might give that a go. Thank you

Following the firmware update my 7 week old fitbit will not work. It will sync, its counting steps but the clock face is flashing green. Many other users with the same issue. Is there anything being done by fitbit to put this right?
The screen did come back on briefly, and I managed to do a factory reset, but as soon as I set the fitbit up again it downloaded the update and the same fault reoccurred
