Versa 2 running laps not accurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I tried to restart the watch, walk instead of run, set the target a few steps ahead of starting, yet it miscounts the laps always. I’d at first set it for 6kilo walking laps, and have to go on 8 laps because it miscounted. Now I automatically set it two laps less. It’s driving me crazy charge 3 was much more accurate.

@WhyBoghdady Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

Since you've restarted your watch, please make sure you're doing this procedure to set your laps:

  1. On your watch, open the Exercise app

     > swipe to choose an exercise.
  2. Tap the gear icon

     in the top left.
  3. Find Show Laps, and change the setting to Automatically.
  4. Find Automatic Lap Settings, and choose the cue type and frequency.
  5. Press the back button to return to the exercise screen.
  6. Tap the exercise screen, then tap the play icon to start the workout.
