Hi,
I have woken up today and my screen is blank on my versa 2, I cannot sync to my mobile and I cannot restart it or access settings. It was working fine yesterday! It’s only 2 months old!

Battery is probably flat due to a bug in the IOS Fitbit App.
Charge the watch and turn on after a couple of hours and after syncing temporarily turn off the Phone's Bluetooth. Only turn it on for syncing when necessary.

Me too! My battery died yesterday - I have charged it and I can see that it's on (a very dim dark screen), but I can't get it to work. I have tried everything that I can find. It's very frustrating. Any help would be great!

@Normax If you can, pull down once from the top, and again a second time and click on the 2 horizontal bars - top right.
With any luck you could see the Quick settings menu and make sure you disable [make grey] the top 2 icons, in case you have Sleep mode enabled.

Same thing. I've tried factory resets and can see in the app that the battery is charged but the screen is blank. When holding the buttons for the reset the logo will appear and fade away. This comes after 6 weeks of not having the heart rate monitor work correctly. My watch is almost 2 years old but not going to buy another one after this!

@guy ...the screen is completely blank. I took your advice and tried it, but still nothing. I hope it's an easy fix. My watch isn't even 2 years old yet. Thanks for your help though!

No advice but.... Having issues with my Versa. It's almost 2 years old, sounds similar. I have reset, synced, and done all the troubleshooting. Even called support. They want me to buy a new one with a 35% discount!!!!!! The app shows how many steps I have taken today which is weird because watch is blank except for one screen that says it's all set. No clock face. NOTHING. No longer under warranty of course.

Update - I just kept trying the factory reset over and over and finally today it came back on! Still a problem with the HR tracker not working since the end of March but at least I have a watch back.

Update to the update... Woke up today to blank screen again. Now I can't get anything no vibrations, no dim backlight. Have pushed and held all 3 buttons and nothing! App shows 46% battery.
