Versa 2 screen became unresponsive

I received my Versa 2 in February as a gift - about a month ago it started becoming unresponsive to touch. I tried a couple of the “help” suggestions and finally did a factory restart the other evening. It is still unresponsive. It’s frustrating as I had a Charge 2 and wanted something a little fancier - very disappointed. Please help!

Regarding the unresponsive screen issue that your Versa 2 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit.
