My screen went black yesterday. I have cleaned the sensors, I have tried holding the button on the side for 15 seconds to restart it. I have disconnected it from my fitbit app and now I can't connect it to the app again. The battery is half charged and I have left it charging up since yesterday. Nothing is working from the forum ideas I have looked at.
