My versa 2 is only 8 months old, it was a replacement for a versa 1 that stopped working. It’s been perfect but 2 nights ago, I went to bed with it working and the next morning, the screen won’t work. It looks pixelated, not showing up properly and I can’t get it to move through the watch apps. I kept it charged, checked it later that day, screen was perfect again but within hours it was back to being odd. There’s no damage to the watch, no cracks. I have no idea what’s wrong but it seems to have happened after the last iPhone update, anyone else had issues like this? I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but I can’t sync the watch now due to not being able to see the code that comes up!

Restarting the device doesn't work. I have tried multiple times. It turns on, I get the fitbit symbol which soon pixates into a blank screen and it won't do anything from there.

even i am also facing the similar problem from yesterday.my Fitbit screen went off all on a sudden ,after showing the emblem.i tried restarting it multiple times ,but nothing worked.i had also updated my IOS a day before .god knows is thr something to do with the software update of my phone ,but felt its the same happened with you too..

Yes, it will continue to work on the background but the next thing is going to happen is the battery... it wont last for more than two or three hours.
This product in my opinion is the worst of all. Just a money grab... I wont buy Fitbit products no more. This is not the first time.
Completely disappointed.. I was exited about the swimming dtection but what a piece of trash this version is.
I will look now fora hammer to smash it.

That restart wont work... I tried many times... wasting my time. .. eventually started working and then the battery... surprise surprise...
Do you truly do any quality control with this products?
