My fitbit screen suddenly won't work. I was out walking like normal and the screen suddenly went grey like static on a TV. I have no idea why and can't seem to get through to fitbit on livechat. Can someone please contact me urgently as I've seen this raised by others online and no reason or solution has been suggested.

To better assist you, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
