My Versa 2 screen is covered in bright white lines everytime I press the side button and turn my wrist up. It can still connect to the app on my phone and even updated while the screen was like this. It also vibrates and the green light shows on the back when the screen is on.
I tried restarting the watch by holding down the side button for a few seconds (5, 10, 15 second intervals), however none of them worked. I heard factory resets can help fix screen problems but there's no way I know of doing that without using the watch itself. I've contacted Fitbit support on their Twitter account but am yet to receive a reply.
Has anyone else experienced this issue or know of how this can be solved? I bought this Fitbit back in March this year at the early stages of lockdown.

Hi @Hilda_ It sounds as if you have done everything you can. Hopefully it will still be covered by warranty so wait for a response from Support or contact them again.

I had the same exact problem. Go to the Fitbit website and do a quick chat with the support team to tell them what’s going on and the can as access your account to see if you can still get a replacement under warranty. Which is what I am planning to do, the only downside is a few days without my Fitbit until the new one shows up. Good luck!
