While I was coaching 2 weeks ago I was demonstrating with my arms and all the sudden realized the face of my versa 2 face was flopping all over the place. This is my first versa 2 after having about 10 versa 1s within 2 years because they would just randomly stop working. I swim, so don't want to just reglue it back together because it probably wouldn't be water proof anymore. It still seems to be working but just completely detached other than the "cord." I've contacted support but haven't gotten an email reply. I was finally not completely irritated after all the versa 1 problems. About to give up on this brand for good.

Hi @SabJCarver, welcome to the Community Forums.

Your update is appreciated @SabJCarver.
Due to our high season, our Customer Support team may need 7 - 10 business days to send you information about the issue you're currently experiencing with your Versa 2. My best advice for you at this moment will be to periodically check your email inbox and spam folders because they'll send you information to get you back on track as soon as possible.
Don't hesitate to contact me back if you need anything else besides this.

I have the same problem. What glue do you recommend to re-attach the face plate?

The same thing happened to my Versa 2 today. I was sitting in my bed reading the news on my phone when I realized the watch face was just flopping around. I've never submerged it in water or used it roughly. I'm not really an active person but bought the watch to try to change that somewhat. It's out of warranty, but I had heard enough about how terrible Fitbit customer support can be and had purchased an extended warranty through Square. I'm just posting on here so that others can see how common this flaw is with the product.

Same thing happened to me. I got home was just sitting in front of my TV and realized that the faceplate was hanging off of my versa 2! I recently had problems with the heart rate monitor not staying on, now this! Fitbit products obviously not quality made! I received mine as a gift, so I will just have to throw mine away! Time to buy a different brand!
