Versa 2 screen gone black

My screen has gone black all of a sudden for no reason. I cannot see anything on the screen at all. The watch talks to my phone and my phone talks to the watch. The watch also logs everything and syncs with my phone. I have tried a reset etc. but nothing works, it also still charges etc. Please help, thank you
