So I went to bed last night and my Versa2 watch was working fine. When I got up this morning the screen is not working, there are just a few distorted horizontal lines visible. It was sat on the bedside all night, so hasn't been banged or dropped. I have tried a reset but it changes nothing. Any ideas? The watch is just under 2 years old.

Hi there, @Helen878. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out.
Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope that helps.

OMG. Mine has done the same thing. Same Circumstances. Woke one-morning last week and the watch looked like an old television screen, not on the channel. My watch is also just 2 years old or thereabouts. and I also am extremely careful with it. Even to the point where it has never even seen water or mistreatment. Also is covered in a protective shield. I have also tried to reset it, restart it, change the face. Even forced it to reinstall the firmware. But no luck. maybe they have a set shelf life so you have to buy a new one after a couple of years? Regardless of how it's treated.
