My screen has gone all funny and just have lines going across it. I have tried to re boot it but nothing has happened. I’ve only had it since March of this year. Can anyone help please x

Please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I understand you tried rebooting your Versa 2. You might have to try restarting a couple of times. Just hold the side button down until you see the Fitbit logo then release the button. I’d try this at least 3 times. If this fails to resolve the issue then I’d contact fitbit Customer Service. You can find ways to contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US I find calling them directly or live chat as the best method.
