Hi @Mortlake - did you try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start or even changing clock face, hopefully it may only be temporary.

Mines literally just done this! I've had my screen go before, but just went blue. Chatted through the app and they sent me a new pebble. My old one did sort itself out, so I'm hoping this will too, otherwise I'll be swapping it back out for the old one

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Mortlake@Shazzer54. I'm sorry to hear about your Versa 2 screen and thank you for adding your picture @Mortlake.

I noticed that you got in touch with our Support Team and received assistance.

Thanks for your advise @Guy_.

@Shazzer54, is your replacement Versa 2 screen blue?

No, although I did have that issue with my old one. This time isn't exactly the same as the picture above that @Mortlake posted. Although mine is now working, all be it intermittently

No, I've done multiple restarts and changed the clock face. Not made any difference
