My Versa2 has a dim completely red screen.
I've tried changing the clock face, I have tried every option from my phone.
Whenever it push the side button nothing happens. The screen is not illuminated I've also tried letting it go completely dead and recharging. I can't access the settings menu to do any kind of reset because the screen is an extremely dim red screen that is only visible in complete darkness.
