Hello,
I have had my Fitbit Versa 2 for 3 years now and didn't have any issues with it in the past.
A couple of days ago, after a firmware update the battery life suddenly dropped from 4 days to less than 5 hours and the display was no longer responsive (if I touch the screen, nothing happens)
I factory reset the watch and now the battery life is fine again but I woke up today to find the display acting crazy. I uploaded a video here in case someone has managed to fix this issue or can help : https://imgur.com/a/CwfeZV0

Hi there, @Ouissal. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I appreciate you tried attaching a video to show your Fitbit device's behavior, however, I was unable to watch it.
As for the screen acting odd, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
In case the issue with the battery happens again, see Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Hope that helps.

I have already tried restarting it and changing the clock face but it didn't work.
I also managed to factory reset it, it looked ok for a few minutes and then the same glitching started happening again
Update: @gareth.mullen Same here, after factory resetting it the problem goes away for a few minutes and then comes back.

Hi there, @gareth.mullen. Welcome on board. I appreciate your time in trying to troubleshoot the issue.
As suggested above, if the restart has not worked, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. Let me know how it goes!
@Ouissal I appreciate you had followed the tips and recommendations provided above.
I've created a case to get you in contact with our Support Team about this. They will be able to work with you and review your options. Please keep a lookout in your inbox to the email address associated with this Fitbit account. Someone will be in contact with you soon! 🙂

Hi
I just watched your video and that exactly why mine is doing.
Did you resolve the issue?

Hi,
No, I wasn't able to solve the issue. My watch is out of warranty so the support only offered me a discount on my next watch. But I don't want to get a new watch every 2-3 years. It would have been better if they fixed this problem since I saw it's happening to many other people as well to make sure that it won't happen again in any of their other watches.

Mine is doing the same, and I restarted it several times, charged it up fully, let it drain right down and charged it up again (it’s been happening for a couple weeks now by the way) and nothing is working, in fact it got worse, the past couple days it is just been a flickering turquoise screen and every time I restarted it, it goes right back to the turquoise screen and heating up.
