Unfortunately after the update my versa 2 is crap. It was fine, and then the update came and now my screen is just black. It still tracks things as it will connect with my phone and show me. But what’s the point of wearing a watch the you can’t see anything on the screen.
I have recently followed all the steps to restart it. - not worked
deleted the app and reconnected - not worked.
done a factory reset - not worked.
Fitbit this is awful, as it’s not just mine. Absolute money grabbers.

Mine is doing the same thing. I can feel it vibrant, the green sensor is on. It's synced to my phone but no matter what I do the screen stays black.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I've tried all of the with no change. Seems like it's not only mine having these issues. It looks to be your system. Is this how you all are going to force us Versa 2 owners to pay 100's for a new watch. This is ridiculous and someone needs to take it serious and fix it on your end.

I have done the restart exactly as the page says with no avail.
Also tried the changing the clock face which also doesn’t work.
Does this mean my versa 2 is now obsolete.
