Versa 2 screen is pixelated

Screen has gone blank. Only colored pixals no image just red green bluish pixels. 
I have restarted multiple times, deleted and reinstalled app on phone. Starts up like it is working with the fitbit diamond logo then screen gradually turns to pixels and screen is blank. Never been in water or have had damage to the fitbit. 
Received Fit Bit as gift Dec 2020 so it is just over a year old. 
Please advise on how to get working.
